Cobtree has two meeting rooms that may also be used in conjunction with a stay at either Conesus log cabin home or Otisco log cabin home. Both of these rooms can individually accommodate up to 30 people seated . There are also in wall speakers for audio hook up to the “boom box” supplied in each property or to your iPod, iPhone, Android or cell phone and you may use a microphone as well. The room is equipped with a large wall mounted 4ft x 6ft magnetic white board which can also be used as a projection screen but you would need to bring your own projector with you for this purpose. We can also supply a pack of white board marker pens for your convenience (supplied at cost) should you forget to bring these with you!
The commercial quality light weight tables and chairs supplied are all of a fold up type and may be stacked out of the way to create additional stand up space or for a dance floor area. The tables can also be placed around the room to create a buffet along the wall if you prefer.
There are several nearby local companies who offer excellent outside catering or, you may also use the kitchen above the meeting room in the main part of the cabin for preparing your own food for this purpose.
The meeting room has two French doors leading out onto a lawn overlooking Seneca Lake and there is also an outside high powered sodium light mounted on the exterior wall of the building for lighting after dark. You may for example, play lawn games such as bocce and horseshoes etc. The rooms are attractively decorated with suspended ceilings and fluorescent lighting and, there is also a unisex bathroom located at the end of the meeting room for your guests use.
Our meeting rooms each offer approximately 500 sq. ft. of space and may be used for example: Small groups, seminars, conferences, wedding receptions, bridal showers, wine tastings, small parties, scrap book parties, quilting, board games, holistic medicine, yoga, prayer meetings, wakes, etc. Please call 315-789-1144 to make your reservation today.
