About Our Cottage, Log Homes and Log Cabin Rates
The property is available for a minimum stay as indicated on our reservation system. Unlike most other rental properties in the region, we allow weekly reservations to start on any day of the week. Check in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 10 am on the date of departure. We offer returning guests a complimentary late check out before 11 am. Late check outs without prior approval are charged at $50 per hour but in any event the latest check out is 11 am against payment of the additional charge.

Rates include sales tax, sheets and towels, heating/air conditioning, propane gas for the gas BBQ, free WI-FI, USA and Canada wide telephone calls. No additional cleaning fees, booking fees or commissions payable only an additional 3% occupancy tax. All of our homes and cabins have a fully equipped kitchen. The cost when divided by the number of people sharing offers exceptional value for money for quality rentals homes.
Our rates are designed to be affordable for both couples, small families & small groups and they offer exceptional value compared to other local accommodation providers when you calculate the per person per night charge for a fully equipped deluxe home away from home rental!
Our larger brick built cottages and larger log home rates are inclusive of up to 6 people sharing a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. (Under 5 year old’s need not be included in the total #)
Above the included number there is an additional daily charge of $30 per extra adult or $160 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $20 per extra child or $105 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 8 people sharing including use of a double futon with all linen, sheets and towels provided.
The pricing structure for our smaller log cabins is formulated on an inclusive occupancy of 2 people sharing throughout the year except our Peak Season rates which are based on an inclusive occupancy of 4 people sharing.
Above the included number there is an additional daily charge of $30 per extra adult or $160 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $20 per extra child or $105 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 6 people sharing. These are traditional log home with 3 bedrooms, 1 downstairs shower room and a second upstairs toilet with basin.
There is NO SALES TAX payable for rentals of 7 nights or more. Reservations made for less than 7 nights ARE SUBJECT TO the collection of sales tax at the prevailing rate (currently at 7.50%) and rates displayed above INCLUDE SALES TAX where applicable. The Ontario County 3% Occupancy tax is NOT included in the rate and is charged as a separate tax item on our reservation system for ALL rental periods.
Discounts or Vouchers are redeemable only at the time the reservation is made and cannot be applied retrospectively.
The discount source i.e 5% returning guest or 5% AAA discount with membership # or voucher # must be stated in the special request field so as to be deducted when payment is collected from your credit card. Please note that only the higher amount of any one discount applies to any one reservation and the only applicable discount for the peak summer rental season (Usually Mid June to Mid September) is a returning guest discount.
