About Our Cottage, Log Homes and Log Cabin Rates

Our rates are designed to be affordable for both couples, small families & small groups and they offer exceptional value compared to other local accommodation providers when you calculate the per person per night charge for a fully equipped deluxe home away from home rental.  Unlike any other owners in the region we have a unique rates pricing structure so as to keep our rates as low as possible and be highly competitive compared to our competition who only rent their properties for a rates that is based on a maximum occupancy!  By offering rates that are inclusive of a minimum occupancy making it affordable for smaller groups and then allowing  additional occupants up to the maximum permitted in the property at any time we are able to maintain such low rental rates for our guests.

The property is available for a minimum stay as indicated on our reservation system. Unlike most other rental properties in the region, we allow weekly reservations to start on any day of the week.  Check in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 10 am on the date of departure. We offer returning guests a complimentary late check out before 11 am. Late check outs without prior approval are charged at $50 per hour but in any event the latest check out is 11 am against payment of the additional charge.

Rates above  include sales tax where applicable, sheets and towels, heating/air conditioning, propane gas for the gas BBQ, free WI-FI, USA and Canada wide telephone calls. No additional cleaning fees, booking fees or commissions payable only an additional 3% occupancy tax. All of our homes and cabins have a fully equipped kitchen. The cost when divided by the number of people sharing offers exceptional value for money for quality rentals homes.

The pricing structure for our larger properties (Seneca Cottage, Cayuga Cottage, Keuka Cottage, Conesus Log Home and Otisco Log Home) is formulated on an inclusive occupancy of 4 people sharing throughout the year except our Peak Season rates which are based on an inclusive occupancy of 6 people sharing.

Above the included number there is an additional daily charge of $30 per extra adult or $160 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $20 per extra child or $105 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 8 people sharing including use of  a double futon with all linen, sheets and towels provided.

The pricing structure for our smaller log cabins is formulated on an inclusive occupancy of 2 people sharing throughout the year except our Peak Season rates which are based on an inclusive occupancy of 4 people sharing.

Above the included number there is an additional daily charge of $30 per extra adult or $160 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $20 per extra child or $105 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 6 people sharing. These are traditional log home with 3 bedrooms, 1 downstairs shower room and a second upstairs toilet with basin.
