Each of our vacation homes is set in its own 1 acre space. Seneca Cottage is a traditional brick built house in an “English Cottage Style” it has over 1460 sq ft of living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a basement with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a Log effect gas stove in the lounge, full gas fired forced air heating throughout, hardwood floors, spectacular views over Seneca Lake on one side of the property and open farmland and woodland on the other side. Peaceful, tranquil and breathtaking views over the Lake and beyond.

Seneca Cottage offers guests deluxe living accommodation with views over looking Seneca Lake and scenic rural views all around the property.

In addition to the propane gas BBQ units supplied as standard with each property rental, we now have available for guests to rent for a nominal fee of $35 per day, a 6ft long charcoal BBQ unit with a 30 inch wide stainless steel grill offering a massive 2160 inches of cooking area. Competitively priced charcoal briquettes and fire lighters are also available to purchase on site. These are ideal BBQ units for large groups or indeed, anybody wishing to enjoy a more natural charcoal BBQ cookout at Cobtree during their stay with us.
