Each property is named after one of the Finger Lakes and all overlook the Western shores of Seneca Lake, right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and with nearby beach, marina, local shopping and Seneca Lake State Park. Onsite summer time activities include bocce, horse shoes, a children’s play fort, woodland walking trails (accessible all year round), two campfire areas with wood available to burn on site. In addition to the propane gas BBQ units supplied as standard with each property rental, we now have available for guests to rent for a nominal fee of $35 per day, a 6ft long charcoal BBQ unit with a 30 inch wide stainless steel grill offering a massive 2160 inches of cooking area. Competitively priced charcoal briquettes and fire lighters are also available to purchase on site. These are ideal BBQ units for large groups or indeed, anybody wishing to enjoy a more natural charcoal BBQ cookout at Cobtree during their stay with us.

Note: The virtual tours of the interiors of each property are current. However, the virtual tours of the grounds are in the process of being renewed to show the landscaped grounds since the grass has grown. Also, additional landscaping has since been carried out at Cobtree after the log cabins and log homes were completed in the summer of 2010.
