Each property is named after one of the Finger Lakes and all overlook the Western shores of Seneca Lake, right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and with nearby beach, marina, local shopping and Seneca Lake State Park. Onsite summer time activities include bocce, horse shoes, a children’s play fort, woodland walking trails (accessible all year round), two campfire areas with wood available to burn on site. In addition to the propane gas BBQ units supplied as standard with each property rental (please view winter use disclaimer below), we now have available for guests use a 6ft long charcoal BBQ unit with a 30 inch wide stainless steel grill offering a massive 2160 inches of cooking area. These are ideal BBQ units for large groups or indeed, anybody wishing to enjoy a more natural charcoal BBQ cookout at Cobtree during their stay with us.

The availability, usability or serviceability of the BBQ units provided at Cobtree are not guaranteed during the winter months December through March and are therefore not supported by the owners or their agents during this period. Please understand that the winter weather in upstate New York is unpredictable . These units are exposed to the elements and may not work properly, if at all,during this time of the year. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
