Spring Has Finally Arrived and, its April Fools Day!

As nice as winter can be in the Finger Lakes, a quieter less busy time of the year where there is less human competition when out and about experiencing all that this beautiful region of upstate New York has to offer our visitors, never the less, our winters seem very long.
Spring has now finally arrived. Yet, spring this year is going to be very short lived as tomorrow is already the first day of April. Speaking about the first of April, did you know that chocolate was first used as a food by the Egyptians? Oh yes, a recent discovery in a tomb in Egypt found a mummy completely encapsulated in chocolate and, it was found in the tomb of the Ferrero Rocher (Pharaoh Rocher-get it?)
